Enjoy one, two or more days with us practicing yoga, eating delicious vegan cuisine, relaxing and rejuvenating from May 26 - June 1st, 2018. Morning classes Based in the tradition of Iyengar Yoga and focusing on structural alignment, balance, and breath. Afternoon classes Restorative Yoga, focusing on releasing and relaxing the mind, body and soul through a gentle practice incorporating Hatha stretch, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. All classes bring a level of personal challenge while respecting the individual by meeting them where they are, recognising personal boundaries, and empowering students to accept, or expand these boundaries. Schedule of Events beginning May 26th 7:30am Yoga Class Breakfast Use of resort amenities - pool, hammocks, loungers, open-air showers, yoga lounge & bicycles.
