Serenity Recovery Retreat

Spend a week with us enjoying the deeper spiritual side of sobriety and a deeper awakening of your senses through mindful eating, sounds of nature, meditating, reading, sharing and simple-living.

This retreat is ideal for the woman that has already embarked on her journey of sobriety and healing and seeking further spiritual enlightenment, support and connecting with her sober-sisters from across the globe. We are all here to heal and to be healers and empower each other by inspiring ourselves and one another with our stories, our dreams, our challenges and our breakthroughs.

We are so pleased to have our very own Annette Fletcher, owner of Serenity Grove Vegan Bistro, hosting this retreat, as Annette has been living sober for a few years now and helping herself and others discover their own self-worth since then.

Itinerary:

3:00 - 6:00pm Check-in

6:30-8:00pm Welcome Dinner and introductions at Serenity Grove Vegan Bistro (onsite)

8:30-9:00pm Guided sleep meditation

Each Full Day

7:15 - 7:30am Gratitude affirmations (privately upon waking)

7:30 - 9:00am Silent walk to the beach - moving meditation (one mile walk, it's not a problem if someone wants to talk but we will encourage silence)

9:00 - 10:00am Breakfast

10:00 - 11:00am Sun Salutations and group meditation with Annette

11:00am - 12:00pm Journal , swim, relax

12:00 - 2pm Lunch

2:00 - 3:00pm Recovery meeting

3:00 - 6:00pm You time

6:00pm Dinner

7:00 - 8:00 Book Club (Bring a book that helped in your recovery, or that you feel can benefit others and share it with the group during the book discussions / readings)

8:00pm guided meditation selected by one guest each night

Included with the retreat

**February 4th evening after dinner will be our monthly New Moon Cacao Ceremony

During each new moon, we celebrate what's to come by having a purge & release ceremony (letting go of what no longer serves our greater purpose) followed by a manifestation ceremony / share circle while sipping on home made warm raw cacao beverages. Cacao was once considered the "food of the Gods/Godesses" by ancient Mayan civilizations. Along with the long list of medicinal/health benefits of cacao, it is also a heart opener and a perfect way to open ourselves to each other and to a new chapter ahead.

**All meals (Dinner on day of arrival & breakfast on day of departure. Full days include breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, juice & some snacks).
